Our engineering capabilities and plant equipment allow us to produce parts that are not listed in any catalog: acidification plates and trays, mini coagulation vats, ripening trays, molding distributors, and special parts for processing machinery. Each product is manufactured from food-grade engineering thermoplastics that are resistant to pressure, abrasion, and the lactic acids produced during ripening; they are suitable for CIP cleaning and certified in accordance with FDA and Codex Alimentarius standards. Ultrasonic welding ensures seamless, burr-free joints that are hygienic and easy to sanitize. If your process requires a part that isn’t currently available on the market, we’ll design it and bring it into production with you: send us the drawing or a sample, and we’ll deliver the finished solution to you.
