Its micro-perforated design ensures even drainage and a firm, semihard cheese with large, rounded holes, in a large circular format. The ultra-strong, seamless weld leaves no gaps where residue can accumulate, making it suitable for CIP cleaning. It produces a finished product weighing between 25 and 50 kg.
