Prato cheese mold made of Kual HQ-PE engineering thermoplastic. Its micro-perforated design distributes whey drainage evenly and shapes the rind during pressing, resulting in a semihard, firm cheese that slices well. The ultra-strong, seamless weld leaves no gaps where residue can accumulate, making it suitable for CIP cleaning. It produces a finished product of 18 kg in a single block or 6 bars of 3 kg each.
