The Kual single-serving circular mold shapes a small cheese wheel weighing up to 500 g and is used for single-serving soft cheeses. On one hand, there is Adigueisky (Адыгейский) cheese, a Russian soft cheese made using acid-thermal coagulation and a fresh curd; on the other, there are mini blue cheeses (голубые сыры) in single-serving sizes. Its perforated walls allow for even draining by gravity, without pressing, which preserves the fine curd and maintains the moist, creamy texture; filling and unmolding are quick and clean.
