This square multi-mold features 6 cavities for producing, in a single pass, up to 6 blocks of soft cheese weighing up to 4 kg each. Due to its lower height, it is designed for "cremoso bajo"—the lower-profile wheel of the classic Argentine cremoso, also known as "mantecoso." The perforations in each cavity ensure even drainage by gravity, without pressing, preserving the delicate curd and producing wheels with a creamy texture, uniform shape, and attractive appearance. Ideal for scaling up production without compromising quality.
