Gruyere cheese mold made of Kual HQ-PE engineering thermoplastic. Its micro-perforated design ensures even drainage and produces a firm, compact, semihard cheese with medium-sized holes in a large circular shape. The ultra-strong, seamless weld leaves no gaps where residue can accumulate, making it suitable for CIP cleaning. It yields a finished product weighing approximately 10 kg.
